I am not a law of attraction expert, however, saying ‘yes’ was something I struggled with for a long time. I always wanted to add subclauses – ‘yes, but’ or ‘yes, if’. The brain-body complex doesn’t respond to ‘ifs’ and ‘buts’ – it only responds to positive or negative emotions. So if you say ‘yes’ half-heartedly it reads that as fear and so the body’s response will be negative.

If you ask herbalists, they’re generally going to say a lot of the same things about how they became herbalists; they have an innate love for nature and for people, so I like to combine those two things, so I came up with the solution of being a herbalist. There’re so many plants that we pass by on a daily basis that now that I’m a herbalist, I know that ‘this helps this and this condition.’ I really want everybody else to know that as well.
